With an intimate knowledge of Vancouver Island, Executive Chef Rick Choy and Restaurant Chef Michael Minshull connect with the local fisherman and farmers who provide the fresh ingredients that create our cuisine. At The Mark, our exclusive, private, four-diamond dining room, you’ll enjoy exquisite west-coast fusion dishes, fine wines and impeccable service. Our Pacific Restaurant and Pacific Lounge offer fine Northwest cuisine in a casually elegant setting, and you’ll find fresh coffee, smoothies and deli-style foods in our Courtyard Café.
